In 1998 he graduated from the Samarkand Medical Institute. In the period from 2000 to 2020. worked in the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Aid, as a senior researcher, head of the emergency traumatology department, deputy director for science and training of the RSCEMP, director of the Samarkand branch of the RSCEMP. She has been working at the Republican Center for Pediatric Orthopedics from March 2020 to the present as the director of the center. Tilyakov A.B. one of the leading specialists in Uzbekistan in the field of pediatric traumatology and orthopedics and is the author of more than 200 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 2 inventions.

He developed a number of new and improved existing methods of reconstructive surgery on the hip and knee joints in children.

Tilyakov A.B. actively participates in the organization of work on treatment, diagnostics and medical rehabilitation. As a result of ensuring continuous medical monitoring of patients with an orthopedic profile in inpatient conditions, organizing timely diagnostics and highly qualified medical care, the disability due to orthopedic diseases among the population of the republic decreased by 28.5%. Under his direct supervision, the center managed to reduce the duration of inpatient treatment from 17.6 to 11.2 days, and the operational activity increased from 1000 to 1500, that is, more than 1.5 times.

Pays special attention to the scientific organization of orthopedic care for children in Uzbekistan. On his initiative, strong points were organized in the regions of the republic, in which standard methods of diagnostics and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, created in the center, were introduced.
